:::Aston Martin One-77:::

So another Aston Martin, similar looking to all the others!! Little on this supercar is known yet; it will have a hand crafted aluminium body and a powerful V-12 engine. One thing that I really love about this car, and I find it's so different than all the others, is the intakes on the front sides that cut through the black lights (very well sculpted and thought out). I also like the massive cuts molded into the side of the body. The only thing that Isn't as unique is that other than those few changes, it's still nearly identical to most of the other Aston Martins (although they all look good, so it's not all that bad), but I can't blame the Aston Martin team for sticking to the base design and then making it better with every car they release (I do the same thing when I draw cars, usually have one design and then improve it, and sometimes go and try something new; which I'm hoping Aston Martin's design team may try next time). Either way this car is gonna be a beast!!

:::Lamborghini Estoque Concept:::

Here it is, one of the most talked about concept cars of the year. The latest concept car designed by Lamborghini revealed on October the 1st (2008) given the title "Estoque" (pronounced est-ok-eh). An Estoque is a blade used to deliver the death blow to a bull at the end of a bullfight (an appropriate name for a car released by Lamborghini). This is the first car from lamborghini to be a family car, yes a family car. The Estoque is a four door, four seater sedan with a V10 mounted in the front of the car (the same engine as the one found in the Gallardo LP560-4).
Some noticable features are the angular shape like that of the Reventon and the rear resembles that of the new Camaro. The front lights looks very nice with the V's that light up and the rear ones have similar lights to Gallardo. The car also has some sweet huge rims and nice intakes/outlets on the hood and front quarter-panel. There has been some talk that Lamborghini might release this car as early as 2010, although a spokesperson from Automobili Lamborghini said at the unvieling that they have no plans to release it, only time will tell if this car will make it to production.

:::Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4:::

The new Lamborghini Gallardo (the LP560-4) is a large improvement on the older version. This car now has a permanent 4 wheel drive transmission and has reduced CO2 and fuel consumption by 18 percent even though it has more power than the past version. The one thing I noticed and love about this car is the lights. If you look at them you can see all of the fine details that add to the exotic car. The lights actually reflect Lamborghini and their attention to detail and style. Another noticeable feature are the rims. The over-all look of the new Gallardo is aggressive yet elegant. Once again Lamborghini has managed to produce another car that will raise the bar. (If you like this car be sure to check out my post about the Lamborghini Reventon)
Top Speed: 325 km/h
Acceleration (0-100km/h): 3.7 seconds (0-200 km/h in 11.8 seconds)

:::Lamborghini Coatl:::

The Lamborghini Coatl Special is an amazing car. Built in Mexico by Automoviles Lamborghini Latinoamerica S.A. with permission by Automobili Lamborghini SpA. The car is a modified Diablo (If you look at the windows, the intakes behind the windows, and the general shape without all the fancy intakes). The rear lights style is now seen in many tuner cars. The car is very specially customized for the specific future owner. For example the owners hand and finger meaurements are taken for the steering wheel, A mold is used to get the seat to fit the body of the customer, pedals are specifically sized, and the customers initials are engraved on the steering wheel, cylinders and the option is open to have their name stitched into the custom carpeting. The leather is dyed to match the customers order. Many air intakes are used to cool the engine and brakes. The paint color is orange, red, and brown tinted depending on the way the light hits it.
Top Speed: 385 km/h (234 mph)
Acceleration 0-60: 3.54s

:::Pagani Zonda:::

The Pagani Zonda (often mistaken as being a cheep rip-off version of a Honda) is capable of speeds up to 346 km/h (215 mph) (that I could find, although there are lots of different models of the car...) and 0-60 in 3.3 seconds. Early engineering on the Zonda was done by the Formula One champion Juan Manuel Fangio and was originally going to be named the "Fangio F1" after him. When he died it was renamed the Zonda after an air current above Argentina. The body of the Zonda is made mostly of carbon fibre to make it light weight. The Zonda debut in 1999.

:::Thrust SSC:::

The Thrust SSC is the current holder of the landspeed record with a speed of 1 228 km/h (763 mph). The Thrust SSC (Super Sonic Car) was the first land vehicle to successfully break the sound barrier. The Thrust features two turbojet engines that enable it to reach such speeds. Thrust SSC broke the record on October 15, 1997 at Black Rock Desert in Nevada.

On the picture above you can see the shock waves as it breaks the sound barrier!

Here you can see down the two jet engines.

Here it is smashing through the sound barrier!
