Here are some backgrounds of the new Ferrari 458 Italia the replacement for Ferrari's V8 F430. A very nice car, I'm glad to see Ferrari making more aggressive and nice looking cars like they used to (in my opinion the last generation of most of their cars weren't that nice looking compared to past ones, with the exception of a few like the Enzo of course).

Top speed of over 325 km/h

I stuck both the pictures of the Ferrari with (older post) and without the flames (just giving you some options ;) and the ones with the flames have a higher resolution and are perfect for widescreens).

:::Ferrari California:::

The Ferrari California is the first Ferrari to have a V8 mounted in the front and the first to have a folding metal roof. With a top speed of 310 km/h and an acceleration of under 4 seconds from 0-100 kms/h. The California is also Ferrari's most aerodynamic car to date (with the top up).

Finally Ferrari makes another beatiful car. As I may have said before after the Ferrari 360 I haven't found any of the new Ferrari's since (with the exception of the Enzo of course) to be very good looking compared to other cars in the same catagory (or in general) such as the Lamborghinis and even the Porsches. That said this car is a sexy beast!

But not only is it nice looking but fast. Topping out at 202 mph and going from 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. All this is made possible by a 562 horsepower, 398 lb-ft of torque mid-engined V8.

This car will be replacing the F430.

:::Ferrari F50 & More Ferraris:::

The Ferrari F-50 is one of the nicest cars of all time (in my opinion). It is the new version of the F-40 and was designed to commemorate Ferrari's 50th anniversary. This well crafted car is powered by a 3.5L V12 that was developed from the V12 used in Ferrari's Formula-One cars.
The F-50 was in production from 1995-1997, in those few years 349 were produced.

:::Ferrari F40:::

The Ferrari F40 is one of my favorite Ferraris and is the last car commisioned by Enzo himself. He constructed this car for the 40th Anniversary and to show that Ferrari could still make superior supercars (I think he proved it!!). The F40 was to compete with the Porsche 959 and be as close to a race car as possible while still being street legal. The F40 held the title of being the worlds fastest production car between 1987 and '89 at a top speed of 324 km/h (201mph). The owner of a Japanese dealership proved the cars potential reaching the top speed on an expressway. He filmed himself touching the top speed and sold the tapes (unfortunatly for him one he sold to an undercover cop and he got arrested!).
